Simply contact us on events@chq.ie and fill in the Event Enquiry Form.

 

For all events, a detailed Event Management Plan must be submitted to include the following:

• A brief description of the event

• Dates

• Times

• Locations

• Duration

• Number of participants/audience or spectators

• If sampling, type of sampling

• Public & Employers Liability Insurance

• Health & Safety Statement

• Risk Assessment

• Any other information deemed relevant to the safe running of the event.

Our Insurance requirements are €6.5m public liability & €13m employers liability with an indemnification to Custom House Quarter Limited.
