EPIC The Irish Emigration Museum:
Located in the vaults of conservation-listed CHQ Building, one of Dublin’s most significant Georgian Industrial buildings.
Overlooking the River Liffey on Custom House Quay – where merchants once unloaded their cargo – we’re immersed in the bustle of daily activity, but offer calm and elegant spaces inside our carefully restored building.

EPIC is a unique venue, perfect for your next event. From the front vaults, to our departures area, Dublin’s only dry bar and the story telling gallery, all set against the backdrop of the museum, your event is sure to be remembered.
We cater to events outside of opening hours with exclusive hire of the museum, and events during regular opening times.
EPIC is located in The chq Building, with a variety of eateries to offer a broad range of catering to suit all taste, dietary restrictions and budget.
EXCLUSIVE USE OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS
Morning Events (7.00am-10.00am)
Exclusive use of the entire museum and breakfast in the galleries – including coffee, tea and pastries in our 200-year-old event vaults. Follow your tour through the museum with a visit to the Irish Family History Centre.
Reception & Evening Events (from 6.30pm)
Guided tour followed by a cocktail reception whilst interacting with the digital displays in the atmospheric EPIC Event Vaults. Exclusive use for all groups; Minimum 40 guests, Maximum 180 guests.
300 guests can be catered for utilising additional space in the CHQ Galleria, conditions apply.
EVENTS DURING OPENING HOURS
We welcome groups during opening hours, where group admission prices apply.
We can offer a number of private spaces to hire, holding up to 50 attendees.
