Looking to Hire Space for Promotions & Events.
The chq Building has a dedicated event and exhibition space within the building. The Galleria can accommodate guests for a range of dynamic events from exhibitions of contemporary interior design, visual art, photography and fashion to product launches, lectures and seminars, corporate events, seasonal themed events and much more!
For all events, a detailed event management plan must be submitted to include the following:
- A brief description of the event / promotion
- Dates
- Times
- Locations
- Duration
- Specification and certification of temporary structures
- Number of participants/audience or spectators
- If sampling, type of samples. (Food licence may be required)
- Number of Vehicles if any
- If parking permits or suspension of parking is required. (Applicant to contact parking enforcement directly)
- Public Liability Insurance
- Employer Liability Insurance
- Health and Safety Statement
- Risk Assessment
- Any other information deemed relevant to the safe running of the event.
Our Insurance requirements are €6.5m public liability & €13m employers liability with an indemnification to Custom House Quarter Limited.
