Microbrewery, bar & restaurantA unique experience in a unique location: Dublin's microbrewery in the vaults of CHQ, where you can taste exclusive beers as fresh as possible, straight from the tank. Beyond the beers brewed on site, there are over 200 beers from around the world, plus ciders, wines, spirits and cocktails — and a range of experimental and collaborative brews.
The kitchen offers tapas and shareable dishes influenced by international cuisines, with beer-and-food pairings through Taps & Tapas and the Stack A Restaurant.
Bakery & caféTraditional, simple, Irish-based food: breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, stews and salads, with freshly baked cakes, teas and coffees. The Bakehouse moved to a bigger home inside CHQ in December 2015.
All breads and cakes are baked fresh every morning at their bakery in Dublin city centre, along with their own soups, stews, sauces and home-cooked meats. Corporate orders large and small are welcome — just call to discuss.
Café, bagels & cateringFounded in 2002 by Billy Walsh, Seven Wonders opened in the IFSC in January 2003 with one aim: truly healthy, fresh food, made to order. Bagels, salads, juices, smoothies, wraps and more — and whether you're coeliac, vegan, vegetarian or a big meat eater, there's something for you. Everything is cooked, baked and prepped every single day.
